摘  要:文章从生产型企业的角度出发,深入探讨盾构机主轴承的设计优化与可靠性提升策略。详细分析了主轴承的主要性能参数及关键指标,包括承载能力、使用寿命、材料与热处理、密封性能、润滑系统等。结合不同应用场景提出了选型建议,并通过对失效模式的分析阐述了可靠性验证的重要性。From the perspective of production enterprises,this paper deeply discusses the design optimization and reliability improvement strategies for the main bearing of shield machine.The main performance parameters and key indexes of the main bearing are analyzed in detail,including bearing capacity,service life,material and heat treatment,sealing performance,lubrication system and so on.Based on different application scenarios,the selection suggestions are put forward,and the importance of reliability verification is expounded through the analysis of failure modes.
