摘　　要：文章以A选煤厂为研究对象,分析洗煤作业中磁选机的运作现状,围绕磁选机重介质消耗量大的问题开展深入研究,设计磁选机脱介技术优化方案,对磁选机分流板装置、磁选盘、卸料盘进行优化设计,旨在提高末煤重介质产率,推动选煤厂高质量发展。Taking coal preparation plant A as the research object,this paper analyzes the operation status of magnetic separator in coal washing operation,conducts in-depth research on the problem of large consumption of heavy medium in magnetic separator,designs the medium removal technology optimization scheme for magnetic separator,and optimizes the design of shunt plate device,magnetic separation plate and unloading plate of magnetic separator,aiming at improving the yield of heavy medium in slack coal and promoting the high-quality development of coal preparation plant.
