摘  要:文章根据现场实测数据及理论分析,优化了大断面复合顶板煤巷掘进工艺流程,提出了最佳破顶高度,并进行不同巷道断面形式的比较分析;采用人造拱形断面和弱化支护技术,增强了巷道支护的稳定性与适应性;通过优化掘进工艺、合理配置设备和人员、应用现代机械化技术,提高了煤巷掘进效率。同时,结合现场数据分析了围岩变形规律,旨在为实际工程提供技术支持。Based on field measured data and theoretical analysis,this paper optimizes the tunneling process flow of large section composite roof coal roadway,puts forward the optimal roof breaking height,and makes a comparative analysis of different roadway section forms.It adopts artificial arch section and weakened support technology,strengthening the stability and adaptability of the roadway support;.by optimizing the tunneling process,rationally configuring equipment and personnel,and applying modern mechanization technology,the efficiency of coal roadway tunneling is improved.At the same time,combined with the field data,the deformation law of surrounding rock is analyzed,aiming to provide technical support for actual engineering.
