摘  要:文章利用Ansys软件对矿用带式输送机滚筒进行模态分析与优化设计。优化后,滚筒轴直径为99.989 mm,辐板厚5.530 mm,筒壳厚5.620 mm,总质量降至324.260 kg,质量减轻了13.14%。模态分析结果显示,第一阶固有振动频率为284.29 Hz,可保障运行稳定性。工程应用结果验证了优化设计的有效性,显著降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。This paper uses Ansys software to carry out modal analysis and optimization design of the mining belt conveyor drum.After optimization,the diameter of the drum shaft is 99.989 mm,the thickness of the spoke plate is 5.530 mm,the thickness of the shell is 5.620 mm,the total mass is reduced to 324.260 kg,and the mass is reduced by 13.14%.The modal analysis results show that the first-order natural vibration frequency is 284.29 Hz,which can guarantee the operation stability.The engineering application results verify the effectiveness of the optimization design,significantly reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefit.
