摘 要:为提升煤矿工程施工质量和煤矿开采效率,煤矿自动化程度不断提高,但依然无法满足人们对能源的需求。随着多巷道开采作业的进行,巷道围岩应力分布不均,巷道易产生形变导致采掘失衡。为确定巷道在开采过程中的应力分布,文章采用模型和实际参数对巷道应力进行仿真分析,优化落煤、截割和支护工艺,并进行现场试验。试验数据表明,轴间距为30 m时,应力集中和叠加现象较少,工作面变形量较小,连采掘进速度较传统工艺提升11.2%,开采进度约为600 m/月,可以在保证生产安全的前提下有效降低企业成本。In order to improve the coal mine engineering construction quality and the coal mining efficiency,the automation degree of coal mines has been continuously improved,but it still can not meet people's demand for energy.With the development of multi-roadway mining operation,the stress distribution of roadway surrounding rock is uneven,and the roadway is prone to deformation,which leads to the imbalance of mining.In order to determine the stress distribution of the roadway in the mining process,this paper uses model and actual parameters to simulate and analyze the stress of the roadway,optimizes the coal falling,cutting and supporting processes,and carries out field tests.The test data show that when the axle spacing is 30 m,the stress concentration and superposition phenomenon are less,the deformation in the working face is smaller,the tunneling speed of continuous mining is 11.2%higher than that of the traditional process,and the mining progress is about 600 m/month,which can effectively reduce the cost of the enterprise on the premise of ensuring production safety.
