摘  要:文章分析了综采工作面采煤技术原理与关键技术,提出“固体填充+垮落法”采煤技术,针对该采煤技术构建相似模型,并分析理论空间结构,使用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对采煤过程进行模拟分析,得到围岩应力分布规律。同时,针对综采工作面开展现场实验分析,设计综采工作面采煤实验参数,得出矸石充采比为0.43,验证了空间结构与理论分析相似,由此可见该技术在实践中具有较高的可靠性,为后续相关研究奠定了基础。This paper analyzes the coal mining technical principles and key technologies in fully mechanized mining face,puts forward the coal mining technology of"solid filling+caving method",builds a similar model based on this coal mining technology,and analyzes the theoretical spatial structure.FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the coal mining process,and the stress distribution law of surrounding rock is obtained.At the same time,the field experimental analysis is carried out for the fully mechanized mining face,the coal mining experimental parameters of the fully mechanized mining face are designed,and the gangue stowing ratio of 0.43 is obtained,which verifies that the spatial structure is similar to the theoretical analysis.It can be seen that the technology has high reliability in practice and lays a foundation for subsequent related researches.
