采煤机长螺杆振动情况分析及减振方案研究

摘  要:长螺杆在保障采煤机整体刚度方面发挥着重要作用,但在工程实践中,往往会出现长螺杆显著振动导致断裂的现象。鉴于此,文章分析了MG450/1050-WD电牵引采煤机及其长螺杆结构,基于SolidWorks和Ansys软件,建立了采煤机及长螺杆的有限元仿真模型,发现长螺杆与采煤机整体容易发生共振现象是导致长螺杆出现明显振动并断裂的原因。因此,文章提出了沿长螺杆轴向设置三个橡胶套的减振方案,并对采煤机长螺杆进行了技术改造,经过工程应用验证,发现该减振方案效果明显,可大幅延长长螺杆的使用寿命。The long screw plays an important role in guaranteeing the overall stiffness of the shearer,but in engineering practice,the long screw often breaks due to significant vibration.In view of this,this paper analyzes the structure of MG450/1050-WD electric traction shearer and its long screw.Based on SolidWorks and Ansys softwares,the finite element simulation model of the shearer and the long screw is built.It is found that the resonance phenomenon between the long screw and the shearer is the reason behind the obvious vibration and fracture of the long screw.Therefore,this paper puts forward the vibration reduction scheme of setting three rubber sleeves along the axial direction of the long screw,and carries out technical modification of the long screw in the shearer.After engineering application verification,it is found that the vibration reduction scheme has obvious effect and can greatly extend the service life of the long screw.
