摘 要:为解决厚硬岩层顶板煤层初次断裂前后产生的安全问题,文章采用水力压裂技术在工作面进行切割,总共实施3次压裂作业,设定高压水泵的额定压力为64 MPa、功率为93 kW,对初次来压期间矿山压力显现严重现象、局部支架承受极大压力的状况进行记录、剖析和比较。结果表明,实施水力压裂技术后,显著降低了初次来压期间的矿压显现和步距,减少了类似厚硬岩层顶板掉落的工程事故,提高了支架的稳定性和安全性。In order to solve the safety problems before and after the first fracture of thick and hard rock roof coal seam,the hydraulic fracturing technology is used for cutting in the working face,and a total of three fracturing operations are carried out.The rated pressure of the high pressure water pump is set at 64 MPa with a power of 93 kW,and the phenomenon of serious mine pressure occurence and the condition of local support under great pressure during the initial weighting period are recorded,analyzed and compared.The results show that after the implementation of hydraulic fracturing technology,the mine pressure occurence and step distance during the initial weighting period are significantly reduced,the engineering accidents similar to thick and hard rock roof falling are reduced,and the stability and safety of the support are improved.
