摘  要:文章基于引射原理,提出一种在井底直接调制形成岩屑粒子射流的自循环钻头,用于提升硬地层钻井速度。在数值模拟的基础上,文章还结合室内试验,加工原理样机,验证了自循环钻头的可行性,并针对上喷嘴直径D_(1)、上喷嘴到混合室的距离P_(NX)、混合室直径D_(m)、混合室长度L_(m)四个关键参数对钻头引射能力的影响展开了深入研究,结果表明,将引射原理引入自循环钻头中,用于形成岩屑粒子射流是完全可行的;自循环钻头的引射效果受D_(1)、P_(NX)、D_(m)、L_(m)影响明显,对于直径为215.9 mm的自循环钻头而言,D_(1)=20 mm、P_(NX)=20 mm、D_(m)=30 mm、L_(m)=40 mm是较为理想的参数组合。Based on the ejection principle,this paper proposes a self-circulating drill bit that directly modulates the formation of cuttings particle jets at the bottom of the well to improve the drilling speed in hard formations.On the basis of numerical simulation,it also verifies the feasibility of the self-circulating drill bit by combining the indoor test with processing the proof-of-concept prototype.The influence of four key parameters on the ejection ability of the drill bit is studied in depth,including the diameter of the upper nozzle D_(1),the distance from the upper nozzle to the mixing chamber P_(NX),the diameter of the mixing chamber D_(m)and the length of the mixing chamber L_(m).The results show that it is feasible to introduce the ejection principle into the self-circulating drill bit to form the cuttings particle jets;the ejection effect of the self-circulating drill bit is obviously affected by D_(1),P_(NX),D_(m)and L_(m),and for the self-circulating drill bit with a diameter of 215.9 mm,the ideal parameter combination are D_(1)=20 mm,P_(NX)=20 mm,D_(m)=30 mm,L_(m)=40 mm.
