摘  要:某选煤厂对原粗中煤泥采用立式刮刀卸料离心机脱水时,存在产品水分不稳定、维护成本大等问题。该选煤厂采取了工艺优化措施,将粗中煤泥与块中煤混合,并引入了卧式振动卸料离心机进行脱水作业。优化后的工艺,不仅成功解决了原生产问题,还进一步提高了生产效率和经济效益,为该煤矿实现可持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。When a coal preparation plant uses the vertical scraper discharge centrifuge to dewater the raw coarse and medium slime,there are problems such as unstable product moisture and high maintenance costs.The coal preparation plant has adopted process optimization measures to mix coarse and medium slime with lump medium coal,and introduced a horizontal vibrating discharge centrifuge for dewatering operation.The optimized process not only successfully solved the original production problems,but also further improved the production efficiency and economic benefits,which laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the coal mine.
