摘 要:文章针对镇城底矿22213工作面过空巷时受采掘扰动影响出现的巷道顶板冒落和侧壁崩塌问题,根据矿井地质条件,设计了一种基于柔模泵送支柱工艺的支护技术方案,对工作面过空巷时的顶板载荷及泵送支柱支护密度进行研究,同时对过空巷前后顶板破碎程度及矿压进行详细分析。通过理论计算,结合实际情况,确定在空巷布置一排支柱,间距为3.5 m;巷道交叉口采用丛柱式支护形式,布置4根支柱的方案。应用结果表明,在综采面过空巷的过程中,围岩稳定性较好,仅发育少量裂隙,未发生顶板冒落、片帮等安全事故,有效控制了巷道围岩变形。Based on the problems of roadway roof caving and sidewall collapse caused by mining disturbance when the 22213 working face of Zhenchengdi Mine crosses the abandoned roadways,according to the geological conditions of the mine,a kind of support technology scheme based on flexible mold pumped pillar process is designed,the roof load and the support density of the pumped pillar when the working face crosses the abandoned roadways are studied,the roof crushing degree and mine pressure before and after crossing the abandoned roadways are analyzed in detail at the same time.Through theoretical calculation,combined with actual conditions,it is determined to arrange a row of pillars in the abandoned roadways,with a spacing of 3.5 m;the intersection of the roadways adopts the form of cluster pillar support,and four pillars are arranged in the scheme.The application results show that in the process of fully mechanized mining face crossing abandoned roadways,the stability of surrounding rock is good,only a small number of cracks are developed,and no safety accidents such as roof caving and piece spalling occur,which effectively controls the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
