巷道深部围岩承载层支护技术研究

摘  要:巷道围岩的稳定性是影响地下工程安全的关键因素,随着巷道掘进深度的增加,高地温、高地应力等因素会对巷道围岩造成一定程度的破坏。文章通过分析巷道深部围岩承载层演化规律和结构特性,得出围岩承载层厚度随着围岩残余强度的增大而减小,围岩厚度越小则稳定性越低的结论,由此提出了“锚杆+锚索”联合支护技术对巷道围岩变形进行控制,对承载层内外边界进行数值计算,并设立监测站对支护技术应用效果进行检测。结果表明,该支护技术能有效控制围岩变形。The stability of surrounding rock in the roadway is a key factor affecting the safety of underground engineering.With the increase of roadway tunneling depth,high ground temperature,high ground stress and other factors will cause a certain degree of damage to the surrounding rock in the roadway.By analyzing the evolution law and structural characteristics of the surrounding rock bearing layer in the deep roadway,it is concluded that the thickness of the surrounding rock bearing layer decreases with the increase of the residual strength of the surrounding rock,and the smaller the thickness of the surrounding rock,the lower the stability.Therefore,the"bolt+anchor cable"combined support technology is proposed to control the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway,the numerical calculation of the inner and outer boundaries of the bearing layer is carried out,and the monitoring stations are set up to detect the application effect of the support technology.The results show that the support technology can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock.
