综采面沿空巷道切顶卸压围岩稳定性控制技术研究

摘  要:为改善综采面沿空巷道的围岩应力环境,实现安全高效开采,文章通过数值模拟和现场试验,提出深孔爆破切顶卸压技术。应用效果表明,预裂爆破能够改变围岩的应力分布特征,卸压效果好;相比于非爆破方式,预裂爆破范围内的围岩变形量小,且工作面前方30 m范围内的巷道宽度明显增大;在回采期间,各测站的围岩变形量均较小,表明该切顶卸压技术在控制围岩稳定性方面发挥了积极作用。In order to improve the surrounding rock stress environment of gob-side roadway in fully mechanized mining face and realize safe and efficient mining,this paper puts forward deep hole blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology through numerical simulation and field test.The application results show that the pre-splitting blasting can change the stress distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock,and the pressure relief effect is good;compared with non-blasting method,the surrounding rock deformation in the pre-splitting blasting range is small,and the width of the roadway in the range of 30 m in front of the working face is obviously increased;during the stoping period,the surrounding rock deformation at each observation station is small,indicating that the roof cutting and pressure relief technology has played a positive role in controlling the stability of the surrounding rock.
