摘 要:随着煤矿行业的不断发展,进行煤矿综采工作面电气系统智能化改造已成为提高煤矿生产效率、保障生产安全、降低能耗的关键措施。文章通过分析煤矿综采工作面电气系统的现状,提出基于智能化技术的改造方案,包括智能控制系统设计、监测传感技术应用、数据采集与处理、能源管理优化等方面的内容,并提出了系统安全保障措施,旨在为煤矿综采工作面电气系统智能化改造提供理论依据和实践参考。With the continuous development of coal mining industry,the intelligent modification of electrical system in fully mechanized mining face of coal mine has become a key measure to improve coal mine production efficiency,ensure production safety and reduce energy consumption.By analyzing the current situation of electrical system in fully mechanized mining face of coal mine,this paper puts forward the modification scheme based on intelligent technology,including the design of intelligent control system,the application of monitoring and sensing technology,data acquisition and processing,energy management optimization and other aspects,and proposes the system safety guarantee measures,aiming at providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the intelligent modification of electrical system in fully mechanized mining face of coal mine.
