摘 要:文章从国内能源结构与地区条件方面论证了国家管网公司发展盐穴储气库的必要性。以我国20年的盐穴储气库工程建设实践为基础,分析了国内盐穴储气库建设在建库技术、运行管理和建设平台等方面的发展优势。此外,国内盐穴储气库的发展存在建库地质条件复杂、造腔周期长、腔体形状控制难度大、复杂老腔检测与改造困难、高不溶物盐层成腔率低等瓶颈问题,面临安全、环保等外部因素和市场化程度、政策机制方面的挑战。针对这些问题和挑战,提出了加快盐穴储气库关键技术研究、优化整体建设方案、加快数字化转型、构建市场化储气库运营模式等对策与建议。From the aspects of domestic energy structure and regional conditions,the neces-sity of PipeChina to develop salt cavern gas storage is demonstrated in this article.Based on 20 years’construction practice of salt-cavern UGS in China,it is analyzed that the salt-cavern UGS is in the stage of rapid development and has the advantages of natural gas industry,salt-cavern UGS technologies,operation management and a series of pending salt-cavern UGS.In addition,the development of salt cavern gas storage in China has some bottleneck problems,such as complex geological conditions,long cavity construction period,difficult cavity shape control,arduous detec-tion and transformation of complex old cavity,low cavity formed rate of salt layer with high in-soluble,and challenges from external factors such as safety and environmental protection,as well as from marketization degree and policy mechanism.In view of these problems and challenges,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as accelerating the research on critical tech-nologies of salt-cavern UGS,optimizing the overall construction plan,accelerating the digital trans-formation and building a market-oriented gas storage operation model.
