摘  要:ZK2001井为柴达木盆地大浪滩盐湖的卤水钾盐矿勘查井,为了解决ZK2001井施工过程中第四系地层的砂砾石层取芯难、钻井液调配难且性能不稳定、松散地层洗井难度大和整体下管一次成井止水难度大等施工难点,进行了钻井、成井工艺研究。通过降低泥浆泵排量、优选侧喷式取芯钻头,减少了钻井液对岩芯的冲蚀,双作用岩芯爪的使用大幅提高了砂砾石层的取芯率,串联川8-3双管单动取芯器,单回次最大进尺可达19 m;考虑后期抽水试验,并结合该地区地层不易坍塌特性,针对该井上部漏失、中部涌水、下部漏失等复杂情况,使用卤水顶漏(涌)钻进,并优化饱和卤水钻井液配方;滤水管选用T型丝包网,联合应用清水替浆、拉活塞、高压喷射及压风洗井等工艺,达到了水清砂净目的;研发了整体下管一次成井止水工艺,并对该井进行分层抽水,能更好地获得该地区不同层位卤水中离子含量和评估下部储层。ZK2001 Well is a brine potassium salt exploration well in Dalangtan Salt Lake of Qaidam Basin.In order to solve the construction difficulties of the sand and gravel layerthe of fourth formation,the difficult deployment of drilling fluid and its unstable performance,the diffi-culty of well washing in loose formation and the difficulty of the whole pipe once completion and wa-ter stop,the drilling and well completion technology of ZK2001 Well is studied.By reducing the mud pump displacement and selecting the side-injection coring bit,the erosion of drilling fluid on the core is reduced.The use of dual-action core grab greatly improves the core extraction rate of the sand and gravel layer.The 8-3 double-tube single-action corer in series can reach the maxi-mum footage of 19 m in a single round.Considering the late pumping test,combined with the for-mation in this area is not easy to collapse,in view of the complex conditions of the upper part of the well,the middle of the water gusher,the lower part of the water leakage(gusher)drilling and opti-mize the saturated brine drilling fluid formula.The filter pipe is covered with T-shaped wire mesh,and the combined application of clean water slurry,pulling piston,high pressure jet and pressure air washing well technology has achieved clean water and sand.The technology of one time well sealing was developed,and stratified pumping was carried out,which can better obtain the ion content in the brine of different layers in this area and better evaluate the lower reservoir.
