摘 要:液化天然气(LNG)作为清洁化石能源是我国加快建立清洁能源供应体系的重要一环。在LNG气化传输过程中,将海水作为热源是实现LNG气化最为节能的方法。在LNG接收站前期设计及建造过程中,为保证海水平稳供应,需对海水系统进行水锤分析。文章以某LNG接收站为例,采用AFT Impulse软件对海水系统不同瞬态事件进行模拟,以判断各种运行工况下发生的最大瞬态压力是否超过管道的设计压力,并对管段所受水击力值进行分析。通过采取抑制水锤措施,减小海水管道所受水击,为确保海水系统的平稳运行提供理论依据。LNG as a clean fossil energy is an important way to accelerate the establishment of clean energy supply system in China.Using seawater as a heat source in the LNG gasification transmission process is the most energy-efficient way to realize LNG gasification.In the early de-sign and construction process of the LNG terminal,in order to ensure the stable supply of seawa-ter,it is necessary to conduct a water hammer analysis of the seawater system.In this article,tak-ing an LNG terminal as an example,AFT Impulse software is used to simulate different transient events of the seawater system to determine whether the maximum transient pressure under various operating conditions exceeds the design pressure of the pipeline,and analyze the water hammer force on the pipe section.The means of inhibiting water hammer are adopted to reduce the water hammer force of the seawater pipeline,which provides a theoretical basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the seawater system.
