摘  要:膜法是实现VOCs高效回收的主要技术之一,薄膜复合是制备机械稳定分离膜的最广泛应用方法。其中,多孔支撑层低表面孔隙率引发孔限制效应,进而导致复合薄膜的分离性能下降,是亟待解决的关键问题。为进一步提高复合薄膜多孔支撑层表面孔隙率,采用聚醚砜为聚合物相,2-吡咯烷酮为溶剂相,去离子水为非溶剂相,制备了热力学稳定性较弱的三元铸膜液体系;结合蒸汽诱导相分离(VIPs)和非溶剂诱导相分离(NIPs)方法,设计并开展了正交试验,探究了发生旋节分离的制备参数。结果表明:本研究所制备的聚醚砜多孔支撑层具有极为开放的双连续结构表面,其表面孔隙率最高达26.93%,CH 4和CO 2渗透速率分别达到2.2×10^(5) GPU和3.36×10^(5) GPU,可极大程度削弱因孔限制效应导致的复合薄膜分离性能下降,是制备气体分离用复合薄膜的理想基底材料。Membrane method is one of the main technologies to achieve high efficiency VOCs recovery,and membrane composite is the most widely used method to prepare mechanically stable separation membranes.Among them,the low surface porosity of the porous support layer leads to the pore restriction effect,which leads to the decline of the separation performance of the composite film,which is the key problem to be solved urgently.In order to further improve the surface porosity of the porous support layer of the composite film,the polymer phase of polyether sulfone,the solvent phase of 2-pyrrolidone and the non-solvent phase of deionized water were used to prepare a ternary casting film liquid system with weak thermodynamic stability.Orthogonal experiments were carried out with the combination of steam induced phase separation(VIPs)and non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPs),and the preparation parameters of spiral separation were investigated.The results showed that the polyether sulfone porous support layer prepared in this study had an extremely open double continuous structural surface with the highest porosity of 26.93%,and the permeation rates of CH 4 and CO 2 reach 2.2×10^(5) GPU and 3.36×10^(5) GPU,respectively,which can greatly reduce the degradation of separation performance of composite films caused by pore restriction effect,making it an ideal substrate for preparing composite films for gas separation.
