摘 要:为加强能源城市的生态环境保护、提升能源利用率及节能减排力度,文章基于Malmquist全要素生产率指数,动态测算了2011—2021年我国能源城市的工业生态效率,并借助Kernel密度探究工业生态效率的动态演进趋势。测算分析结果表明,在样本期间,我国能源城市的产业生态效率总体上呈现增长态势,且中部地区的产业生态效率比东部和西部要好,石油型能源城市的产业生态效率发展要好于其它资源城市,其首要动力是技术进步。能源城市工业生态效率的提升需要多要素综合发力,既要有重点地发挥优势,也要有目的地补齐短板,还要有秩序地加强管理。For strengthening the ecological environment protection of energy cities,and enhancing the energy utilization rate and energy saving and emission reduction efforts,this study,based on Malmquist total factor productivity index,calculates,in a dynamical way,the energy city’s industrial eco-efficiency in China from 2011 to 2021.The result of calculation and analysis go as the following:the industrial eco-efficiency of energy cities in China is going on an upward trend generally;the developmental state of industrial eco-efficiency in the central region is better than the eastern and western region;the industrial eco-efficiency development of petroleum energy cities is superior to other resource-based energy cities with technical progress as the main driver;energy cities needs joint efforts involving multiple factors if they want to improve industrial eco-efficiency;the efforts need maximum advantage with focus,lengthen the short stave,and strengthen management in an orderly way.
