摘　　要：农业生产是一个将理论知识与实际操作相结合的过程,单纯依靠书本上的条条框框和概念灌输,是无法转化为粮食产量的增长。农业院校作为培养农业人才的主阵地,为了更好地服务于农业现代化,推动粮食增产,高校必须在教学手段及方法上进行大胆的创新和改革。如开展合作学习、模拟种植等多种教学模式,以及鼓励学生参与实际的农业项目,让学生亲身体验和解决问题,只有这样才能培养出既有扎实理论基础又具备丰富实践技能的新型农业专业人才,为国家的粮食安全和农业可持续发展作出更大的贡献。Agricultural production is a process of combining theoretical knowledge with practical operation.However,simply relying on the rules and concepts instilled in books,it cannot be transformed into an increase in grain production.As the main battlefield for cultivating agricultural talents,agricultural colleges and universities must boldly innovate and reform their teaching methods and techniques in order to better serve agricultural modernization and promote increased grain production.To this regard,the measures are put forward as the following,implementing various teaching modes such as cooperative learning and simulated planting,encouraging students to participate in practical agricultural projects,as well as allowing them to experience and solve problems firsthand.Only in this way can we cultivate new agricultural professionals with solid theoretical foundations and rich practical skills,and make greater contributions to food security and sustainable agricultural development in our country.
