摘 要:多式联运是铁路货运发展的主要方向,铁路物流基地作为多式联运的重要节点,在多式联运体系中具有基础性、战略性、先导性作用。为满足多式联运发展需要,适应铁路货运市场变化,在分析济南局集团公司10个建成铁路物流基地应用现状基础上,采用对比分析法和归纳推理法,提出了作业流线和功能区设计等方面不适应多式联运发展的问题,依据铁路物流基地设计规范和多式联运发展要求,提出了铁路物流基地作业流线和功能区设计、货物线和仓储设施通用化设计以及包件、集装箱、特货、冷藏作业区功能设置优化建议和适用范围,为提高铁路物流基地多式联运水平,发挥铁路物流基地网络节点作用,实现铁路货运高质量发展提供理论参考。Multimodal transport is the main direction of the development of railway freight transport.The railway logistics bases as an important nodel which playing a fundamental,strategic and leading role in the development of multimodal transport.In order to meet the needs of multimodal transport development and adapt to the changes of railway freight market,This paper analyzes the current situation of 10 builted railway logistics base of Ji’nan Group Co.,Ltd,some problems that the operation flow line and functional area design are not suitable for the development of multimodal transport are put forward by using comparative analysis method and inductive reasoning method,some safeguard measures on setting and application scope of the railway logistics base’s operation flow line and functional area design,the general design of railway line and storage facilities,the railway function setting are put forward to guide the subsequent construction of railway logistics base,which improving the development level of multimodal transport in railway logistics bases,and playing to the role of network node of railway logistics base,and realizing the high-quality development of railway freight transport.
