摘  要:随着城市的快速发展,位于咸宁市中心城区的既有咸宁货场对城市交通、环境的影响日益突出。为着力推动咸宁市高质量发展,完善地区客货运设施空间布局,既有货场外迁势在必行。从发挥铁路支撑作用、推动园区融合发展、物流整体效率最大化等方面进行比选分析,确定新建货场整体布置形式为货场设于国际陆港物流园中部、垂直京广线布置方案。综合考虑既有货场规模、运输品类特点及未来产业规划,确定新建咸宁货场综合物流基地主要功能分区,对基地交通组织进行设计分析,并对搬迁前后货场规模及能力适应性进行分析,从而为其他货场搬迁工程提供参考。With the rapid development of the city,the impact of the existing Xianning Freight Yard located in the central area of Xianning City on urban transportation and environment has been increasingly prominent.In order to promote the high-quality development of Xianning City and improve the spatial layout of regional passenger and freight transportation facilities,the relocation of the existing freight yard is imperative.Through comparative analysis from aspects such as playing the supporting role of the railway,promoting the integrated development of the park,and maximizing the overall efficiency of logistics,it was determined that the newly built freight yard was set in the middle of the International Land Port Logistics Park,arranged vertically to the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway.By considering the scale of the existing freight yard,the characteristics of transportation categories,and future industrial planning,the main functional zones of the newly built comprehensive logistics base of Xianning Freight Yard were determined.The traffic organization of the base was designed and analyzed,and the scale and capacity adaptability of the freight yard before and after the relocation were analyzed,providing a reference for other freight yard relocation projects.
