摘　　要：目的总结化疗期癌症患者中重度癌因性疲乏预防和管理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法依照“6S”证据模型,检索各指南网站及中英文数据库有关化疗期中重度癌因性疲乏预防和管理的相关证据。检索时限为2014年至2024年6月。并根据文献不同类型进行文献质量评价。结果纳入文献13篇,其中指南5篇、专家共识3篇、临床决策2篇,证据总结2篇,系统评价1篇,总结预防、筛查、深度评估、管理、随访共27条证据。结论总结了化疗期中重度癌因性疲乏预防和管理证据,为临床管理提供了循证依据。建议医护人员结合患者个体情况进行证据应用与转化,缓解患者疲乏感受,提高其生活质量。Objective To summarize the best evidence for prevention and management of patients with moderate to severe cancer-related fatigue during chemotherapy,and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods According to the 6S evidence model,relevant evidence on the prevention and management of such patients was retrieved from various guideline websites and domestic and international databases,with the search period from 2014 to June 2024.Quality of the literature was evaluated according to different types.Results A total of 13 articles were included,containing 5 guidelines,3 expert consensuses,2 clinical decisions,2 evidence summaries,and 1 systematic review.27 pieces of evidence for prevention,screening,in-depth assessment,management,and follow-up were concluded.Conclusions The study summarizes the evidence for the prevention and management of these patients during chemotherapy and provides evidence for clinical management.It is recommended that medical staff apply and transform evidence based on the specific conditions of patients to alleviate their fatigue and improve the quality of life.
