摘 要:针对磁悬浮高速电机的转子强度问题,考虑温度因素,提出适合工程应用的应力计算方法,并推导过盈量对转子应力强度的表达式。以额定转速70000 r·min^(-1)的电机转子为研究对象,对护套和磁钢进行解析法和有限元法的对比,最大误差为2.100%;通过对比给出过盈量和护套的选择范围、材料的选择方法。研究表明,应力分别集中在护套和磁钢的内径位置,可以直接根据磁钢的应力满足范围确定护套和过盈量。With the temperature factor considered,a stress calculation method suitable for engineering applications is proposed to address the issue of rotor strength in high-speed magnetic levitation motors,and the expression of interference fit on rotor stress intensity is derived.Taking the rotor of a motor with a rated speed of 70000 r·min^(-1) as the research object,a comparison was made between analytical and finite element methods for the sheath and magnet,with the maximum error of 2.100%.Through comparison,the selection range of interference fit and sheath,as well as the material selection method is provided.Research has shown that stress is concentrated on the inner diameter of the sheath and magnetic steel,and the sheath and interference fit can be directly determined based on the range of stress satisfied by the magnetic steel.
