镇江市某矿段周边土壤和蔬菜重金属污染及健康风险评价

摘  要:为研究镇江市某矿段重金属对周边表层土壤和农田区域蔬菜的影响,选取离矿段最近、地势相对较低、容易富集重金属的农田区域作为调查区域,发现该调查区域土壤已受重金属污染,土壤中铜、镉、锌含量超标。12个土壤采样区中,铜、锌、镉的超标率分别为100%、67%、25%,最大值分别为317、387、1.755 mg·kg^(-1)。综合污染指数显示,重污染、中污染、轻污染采样区分别占8.3%、50.0%、41.7%,潜在生态风险危害等级为强生态风险(Ⅲ级)。该调查区域苋菜、茄子中有镉超标情况,推测镉较容易富集到蔬菜中,不建议种植苋菜、茄子。目标危害系数法(THQ)进行健康风险评价结果显示,各类蔬菜目标危害系数均小于1,说明长期食用不会对人类健康产生影响。In order to study the impact of heavy metals on the surrounding surface soil and vegetables in farmland areas of a mining section in Zhenjiang City,the farmland area closest to the mining section,with relatively low terrain and easy accumulation of heavy metals was selected as the survey area.It was found that the soil in the survey area had been polluted by heavy metals,and the content of copper,cadmium,and zinc in the soil exceeded the standard.Among the 12 soil sampling areas,the exceedance rates of copper,zinc,and cadmium were 100%,67%,and 25%respectively,and the maximum values were 317,387,and 1.755 mg·kg-1 correspondingly.The comprehensive pollution index shows that the sampling areas with heavy pollution,medium pollution,and light pollution account for 8.3%,50%,and 41.7%respectively,and the potential ecological risk hazard level is strong ecological risk(level III).There is cadmium exceeding the standard in amaranth and eggplant in the survey area,and it is speculated that cadmium is more likely to accumulate in vegetables.It is recommended not to plant amaranths and eggplants.The results of health risk assessment using the Target Hazard Coefficient(THQ)method show that the target hazard coefficients of various vegetables are all less than 1,indicating that long-term consumption will not have an impact on human health.
