摘 要:目的:探讨四照花属植株在低温压力下的生理反应,评估并比较各品种的抗寒能力,旨在挑选出具有卓越耐寒性能的四照花属植株,以促进其在育种及广泛种植中的应用。方法:以3种2年生四照花属(Dendrobenthamia)植物为材料,分别对其施加4℃低温胁迫处理,持续时间分别为0、6、24、72、192 h。测定包括可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、以及丙二醛(MDA)等多项生理指标。采用隶属函数法,对与抗寒性相关的生理指标进行全面而深入的分析。结果:基于叶片的表型特征分析,秀丽四照花展现出显著的耐寒表型。秀丽四照花中SS、SP等渗透调节物质含量显著高于其他2个品种,秀丽四照花SS含量在低温胁迫192 h时达到最高,SP含量在低温胁迫6 h时达到最高。SOD与POD活性在3个品种中均展现出先上升后下降的趋势,其中秀丽四照花的活性显著超出其他2个品种,且在低温胁迫6 h时达到最高值。秀丽四照花的Pro含量在低温胁迫后高于其他2个品种。MDA水平则呈持续上升趋势,且与抗寒性水平呈现负相关关系。隶属函数法分析生理指标结果显示,秀丽四照花的抗寒水平位居首位,而狭叶四照花与东京四照花的抗寒水平则基本相当。结论:综合测试结果表明,在3个品种中秀丽四照花的抗寒性能最为突出,其次为狭叶四照花和东京四照花。鉴于此,相较于其他2个品种,秀丽四照花更具潜力与价值,值得进一步扩繁推广。Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the physiological responses of Dendrobenthamia plants under low temperature stress,evaluate the cold tolerance of different varieties,and identify Dendrobenthamia plants with strong cold tolerance for breeding and promotion.Methods:Three kinds of 2-year-old Dendrobenthamia plants were used as materials.They were subjected to low temperature stress at 4℃ for 0 h,6 h,24 h,72 h and 192 h,respectively.The soluble sugar(SS),soluble protein(SP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),free proline(Pro),malondialdehyde(MDA),and other relevant indices were precisely measured.Subsequently,the physiological indices related to cold resistance were meticulously analyzed using the membership function method.Results:Based on the analysis of leaf phenotypic characteristics,D.elegans exhibited a remarkable cold-resistant phenotype.The content of osmotic regulatory substances such as SS and SP in D.elegans was significantly higher than that in the other two varieties.The content of SS in D.elegans reached its highest level after 192 hours of low-temperature stress,while the soluble protein peaked after 6 hours.The activities of SOD and POD in the three varieties exhibited a consistent pattern of initial increase followed by a subsequent decline.Notably,D.elegans demonstrated significantly higher activity compared to the other two varieties,peaking at its highest level after 6 hours of low-temperature stress.The Pro content in D.elegans was significantly higher than that in the other two varieties following exposure to low-temperature stress.The MDA level exhibited a consistent upward trend and was inversely correlated with the cold-resistance level.The analysis of physiological indicators by the membership function method showed that the coldresistance level of D.elegans was the highest,while that of D.angustata and D.tonkinensis was basically the same.Conclusion:The comprehensive test results inclicated that D.elegans had the highest cold resistance level of among the three v
