摘  要:为促进终端区管制安全风险防控,实现终端区管制安全低风险目标,开展了终端区管制安全脆弱性研究。依据终端区管制安全标准,基于人员、设备、环境、管理等因素,构建了终端区管制安全脆弱性评价指标体系。引入G1主观赋权法和CRITIC客观赋权法确定了评价指标组合权重,以克服主客观赋权方法对权重赋值的影响。运用VIKOR方法计算终端区管制安全脆弱性值,综合考虑群体效用和个体妥协,针对各月份的管制安全脆弱性以及敏感性开展了讨论。研究表明,VIKOR方法能够有效评价终端区管制安全脆弱性,为制定终端区管制安全措施及预防对策提供科学依据。In order to promote the security risks prevention and realize the low-risk goal,the research on terminal area control security vulnerability is carried out.According to the security standard of terminal area control,the vulnerability evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects,including human,machine,environment,and management.The G1 subjective weighting method and CRITIC objective weighting method are introduced to determine the index combination weights to overcome the influence of subjective and objective weighting methods on weight assignment.The VIKOR method is used to calculate the vulnerability value of terminal area control security.Considering group effectiveness and individual compromise,the vulnerability and sensitivity of control security in each month are discussed.The research shows that VIKOR method can effectively evaluate the security vulnerability of terminal area control,and provide scientific basis for the formulation of security measures and preventive countermeasures of terminal area control.
