摘 要:聚能切割索作为航空航天分离装置的动力,其能量释放直接影响分离板的安全分离。金属分离板的切割索裕度设计已相对成熟,但碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)分离板与切割索的匹配仍未得到充分研究。基于LS-DYNA软件,本研究模拟了CFRP分离板的聚能切割过程,通过分离板的切割分离过程、分离板的切割效果、系统能量分配以及分离板能量,分析了不同切割索型号对CFRP分离板的影响。结果显示,线密度为2.0、3.0和4.0 g/m的切割索对一定厚度无削弱槽分离板的切割效果几乎无差异。然而,随着切割索线密度增加,系统的冲击负荷增大,分离装置的稳定性和环境适应性下降,且CFRP分离板能量过剩。最后,结合具有削弱槽的楔形板的切割试验,验证了仿真模型的合理性并揭示了切割索切割CFRP分离板的切割规律。As a type of power for pyrotechnic separation devices,the energy released by shaped charge is directly related to whether the separation plate can be safely separated.Currently,the margin design of shaped charge models corresponding to metal separation plates is relatively mature,but the matching of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP)separation plates and shaped charge models has not been fully studied.Based on LS-DYNA software,this study replicates the shaped-charge cutting process of CFRP separation plates.Through the cutting and separation process of the separation plate,the cutting effect of the separation plate,the system energy distribution and the separation plate energy,the influence of different shaped charge models on the CFRP separation plate is explained.The results show that the cutting effect of shaped charges with linear densities of 2.0g/m,3.0g/m and 4.0g/m on a certain thickness of the separation plate without weakening grooves is almost the same.However,as the linear density of the shaped charge increases,the greater the impact on the system,the worse the stability and environmental adaptability of the separation device will be,and at the same time,the energy of the CFRP separation plate will be more excessive.Finally,combined with the cutting test of the wedge separation plate with weakening groove,the rationality of the simulation model is verified and the shaped-charge cutting law of CFRP separation plate is revealed.
