摘  要:为适应我国军用和民用飞机的现代化管理体系建设要求和自主保障发展理念,构建现代化航空元器件管理体系成为迫切需要。以航空领域军用和民用飞机全寿命周期的元器件管理与保障为主线,根据问题导向,采用架构思维和系统工程的科学方法,面向元器件技术、管理及保障三个维度,运用AOS(中国航空工业集团有限公司运营管理体系)的“架构、模型、流程、IT(信息化技术)、标准”等方面为一体的建设思路,构建了航空元器件高效管理体系,该管理体系包括元器件选用、研制、认证、可靠性保证、大数据分析与管理、供应链管理以及军用和民用飞机元器件一体化协同管理的相关内容。该管理体系的构建与实施促进航空元器件自主保障能力提升,助力军用和民用飞机高质量发展。In order to adopt to the modern management system construction and the development concept of autonomous support for military and civil aircraft,building a modern aviation component management system has become an urgent need.This article takes the management and support of components throughout the entire life cycle of military and civil aircraft in the aviation field as the main line.Based on problem orientation,it adopts architectural thinking and the scientific methods of systems engineering.Focusing on the three dimensions of component technology,management,and support,the article employs the AOS(Architecture of Systems)management system′s construction approach that integrates“architecture,model,process,IT,and standards”as a whole.A high-efficiency management system for aviation components has been constructed.This management system includes aspects such as component selection,development,certification,reliability assurance,big data analysis and management,and integrated collaborative management of components for both military and civil aircraft.By constructing and implementing this system,the self-support capability of aviation components is enhanced,which aids in the high-quality development of both military and civil aircraft.
