摘　　要：钢箱梁的运输和安装是钢结构桥梁施工过程中的重要一环,运输和安装过程中极易出现构件损坏和变形,从而影响结构安全。结合余杭区西部重要的东西向快速通道建设高架桥梁工程实例,对钢箱梁超大构件的运输和安装技术控制进行了系统研究探讨,从运输车和吊装机械的选择和安装过程中的关键技术控制等进行了严格控制,以确保钢箱梁能顺利准确落位安装,可为后续同类型工程施工实践提供指导和借鉴。The transportation and installation of steel box girders are an important part of the construction process of steel structure bridges.During transportation and installation,component damage and deformation are prone to occur,which can affect structural safety.Based on the construction of an elevated bridge project for the important east-west expressway in the western part of Yuhang District,a systematic study and discussion were conducted on the transportation and installation technology control of steel box girder super large components.Strict control was carried out on the selection of transport vehicles and lifting machinery,as well as key technical control during the installation process,to ensure the smooth and accurate positioning and installation of steel box girders.This can provide guidance and reference for subsequent construction practices of similar projects.
