地震作用下尾气排放钢烟囱塔架动力响应分析

摘  要:以某硫磺回收装置-尾气排放钢烟囱塔架为例,采用ANSYS软件建立包含钢烟囱的塔架有限元模型,分析得到塔架式钢烟囱的自振频率与质量参与系数,采用振型分析反应谱法与时程分析法,研究了钢烟囱塔架在地震作用下的动力响应。研究结果表明:钢烟囱与塔架协同受力合理,能充分发挥烟筒的刚度来抵御地震作用,分析结果对塔架式钢烟囱设计具有一定的参考作用。Taking a sulfur recovery unit tail gas emission steel chimney tower as an example,a finite element model of the tower containing the steel chimney was established using ANSYS software.The natural frequency and mass participation coefficient of the tower type steel chimney were analyzed,and the dynamic response of the steel chimney tower under earthquake action was studied using modal analysis response spectrum method and time history analysis method.The research structure shows that the coordinated force between the steel chimney and the tower is reasonable,and the stiffness of the chimney can be fully utilized for seismic action.The analysis results have certain reference value for the design of tower type steel chimneys.
