摘  要:新时期,建筑行业市场竞争日益激烈,控制工程造价成为建筑企业增强核心竞争力、实现可持续发展目标的重要途径。结合实践来看,科学合理的造价控制手段既能够保证工程项目有序实施,也可以切实提高企业经济收益。EPC模式作为当代建筑工程建设常见的承包模式之一,包含了前期设计、材料采购、工程施工等各个环节,能够为建筑工程造价管控提供新思路。这一模式下,总承包商负责整个工程项目的造价管控工作,可以从源头降低不必要的成本支出。所以,本文将结合实践经验,探索EPC模式下建筑工程全过程造价管控的有效策略,旨在为建筑工程提升经济效益和社会效益贡献一己之力。In the new era,the competition in the construction industry market is becoming increasingly fierce,and controlling project costs has become an important way for construction enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development goals.Based on practical experience,scientific and reasonable cost control methods can ensure the orderly implementation of engineering projects and effectively generate economic benefits for enterprises.The EPC model,as one of the common contracting models in contemporary construction projects,includes various aspects such as preliminary design,material procurement,and engineering construction,which can provide new ideas for cost control of construction projects.Under this mode,the general contractor is responsible for the cost control of the whole project,which can reduce unnecessary cost expenditure from the source.Therefore,this article will explore effective strategies for cost control throughout the entire construction process under the EPC model,based on practical experience,with the aim of contributing to improving the economic and social benefits of construction projects.
