摘　　要：制造业数字化转型正成为推动行业创新和提升竞争力的关键。以新兴铸管为例,探讨其在铁区和铸管集控系统方面的数字化实践。通过引入智能传感器、数据分析和自动化控制系统,研究揭示了这些技术如何优化生产流程、提升效率和降低成本。论文重点分析了铁区和铸管集控系统的应用案例,评估了实时监控、精细管理和智能决策的实际成效与挑战。显见,数字化转型推动了大规模设备更新和技术改造,提升了生产智能化水平,为企业可持续发展奠定了坚实基础。The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is becoming the key to promoting industry innovation and enhancing competitiveness.Taking emerging cast pipes as an example,this article explores their digital practices in the iron zone and casting pipe centralized control system.By introducing intelligent sensors,data analysis,and automated control systems,research has revealed how these technologies optimize production processes,improve efficiency,and reduce costs.The paper focuses on analyzing the application cases of centralized control systems for iron areas and cast pipes,evaluating the practical effectiveness and challenges of real-time monitoring,fine management,and intelligent decision-making.It is evident that digital transformation has driven large-scale equipment updates and technological transformations,improved the level of intelligent production,and laid a solid foundation for sustainable development of enterprises.
