摘  要:本文研究了基于禁忌搜索算法的小径管车间生产智能排产问题。针对小径管生产车间的复杂生产环境和多约束条件,提出了一种基于禁忌搜索算法的智能排产方法。该方法通过构建车间生产排产模型,考虑了工艺约束、设备、物料、班组和生产日历等多种生产制约因素。禁忌搜索算法的应用有效解决了传统生产作业中人工排产方法在处理大规模生产任务时的局限性,实现了订单的一键式智能排产。研究结果表明,该方法能够实现小径管车间的自动排产,有效提升小径管车间的生产效率和资源利用率。本文不仅丰富了智能调度领域的理论研究,也为小径管车间的实际生产调度提供了有力的技术支持。This article studies the intelligent scheduling problem of small diameter pipe workshop production based on taboo search algorithm.A smart scheduling method based on taboo search algorithm is proposed for the complex production environment and multiple constraint conditions in the small diameter pipe production workshop.This method considers various production constraints such as process constraints,equipment,materials,teams,and production calendars by constructing a workshop production scheduling model.The application of taboo search algorithm effectively solves the limitations of traditional manual scheduling methods in handling large-scale production tasks,achieving one click intelligent scheduling of orders.The research results indicate that this method can achieve automatic production scheduling in small diameter pipe workshops,effectively improving the production efficiency and resource utilization of small diameter pipe workshops.This article not only enriches the theoretical research in the field of intelligent scheduling,but also provides strong technical support for the actual production scheduling of small diameter pipe workshops.
