摘　　要：本文研究了农村全域土地综合整治的主要问题及优化策略,重点分析了赵寨子镇作为试点的实施情况。通过基础调研与资料分析,研究了建设用地布局、农用地整理、产业发展联动性和生态环境等四方面的问题。采用空间布局优化、土地权属调整及风险评估等方法,提出了具体策略。结果表明,赵寨子镇通过综合整治提升了耕地质量和连片程度,优化了建设用地结构,促进了产业发展与生态保护,这些成果为农村全域土地综合整治提供了可行路径和参考。This article studies the main problems and optimization strategies of comprehensive land consolidation in rural areas,with a focus on analyzing the implementation of Zhaozhaizi Town as a pilot.Through basic research and data analysis,four issues were studied,including construction land layout,agricultural land consolidation,industrial development linkage,and ecological environment.Specific strategies were proposed using methods such as spatial layout optimization,land ownership adjustment,and risk assessment.The results show that Zhaozhaizi Town has improved the quality and connectivity of arable land through comprehensive improvement,optimized the structure of construction land,promoted industrial development and ecological protection.These achievements provide feasible paths and references for the comprehensive improvement of rural land.
