摘　　要：非煤矿山产业是国家经济的基石,其安全生产关乎资源保障和人民福祉。本研究深入剖析了矿山安全管理的核心挑战,并提出了战略性对策。通过强化地质勘探、技术革新、完善法规、推动绿色开采、构建安全管理体系和应急管理,以及运用信息技术,旨在提升矿山安全水平,确保资源的可持续供应,为国家经济的稳定增长和社会的长治久安提供坚实支撑。The non-coal mining industry is a cornerstone of the national economy,and its safe production is related to the safeguarding of resources and the welfare of the people.This study deeply analyzes the core challenges in the safety management of mines and proposes strategic countermeasures.By strengthening geological exploration,technological innovation,improving regulations,promoting green mining,we establish a safety management system and emergency management.And the use of information technology aims to enhance the safety level of mines,ensure the sustainable supply of resources,and provide a solid support for the stable growth of the national economy and the long-term peace and stability of society.
