摘  要:本文研究了桥梁混凝土面层劈裂破除施工的关键技术。研究聚焦于解决传统桥面铺装混凝土破除方法对结构主体破坏大、效率低等问题。通过人工机械切割加风钻钻孔及液压静态破碎相结合的方法,实现了对桥面混凝土的劈裂破除。研究结果表明,该方法对桥梁梁体的扰动和破坏小,拆除效率高。同时,针对桥面铺装层的病害情况,提出了详细的加固措施,包括粘贴碳纤维板、灌注粘贴钢板等,以提高桥梁的承载能力和耐久性。这些结果说明,该技术能够有效解决桥面铺装破损问题,为桥梁维修加固提供了新的思路和方法。This article studies the key technology of splitting and breaking down the concrete surface layer of bridges.The research focuses on solving the problems of large damage and low efficiency of traditional bridge deck pavement concrete breaking methods to the main structure.By combining manual mechanical cutting with pneumatic drilling and hydraulic static crushing,the splitting and breaking of bridge deck concrete have been achieved.The research results indicate that this method has minimal disturbance and damage to the bridge beam body,and high demolition efficiency.At the same time,detailed reinforcement measures have been proposed for the damage of the bridge deck pavement layer,including pasting carbon fiber boards,pouring and pasting steel plates,etc.,to improve the bearing capacity and durability of the bridge.These results indicate that this technology can effectively solve the problem of bridge deck pavement damage,providing new ideas and methods for bridge maintenance and reinforcement.
