摘　　要：在TOD(Transit-oriented development)模式的城市发展背景下,在对市政设计提出新的要求和挑战下,本文结合目前存在问题和国内外设计研究,提出了绿色道路和以人为本的设计理念、需求和要点,进而实现以步行和非机动车交通为优先设计的精细化设计,以助力TOD模式下道路环境的舒适性、安全性和活力的提升。In the context of TOD(Transit-oriented development)urban development,new requirements and challenges have been put forward for municipal design.Based on the current problems and domestic and foreign design research,this article proposes the design concept,requirements,and key points of green roads and people-oriented,and further realizes the refined design with priority given to pedestrian and non motorized transportation,in order to help improve the comfort,safety,and vitality of the road environment under TOD mode.
