摘 要:斜拉桥钢筋混凝土倾斜塔柱多采用爬模施工过程中,在其自重和施工荷载作用下,因塔柱倾斜对塔底产生的大偏心力矩会导致该部位混凝土拉应力超限,进而引起混凝土开裂、塔顶位移过大等问题,影响桥梁质量和使用寿命。本文以火巷沟(98+2×180+98)m矮塔斜拉桥大倾角Y型上塔柱施工控制为例,对外倾塔柱主动拉杆设置进行了优化设计,结果表明,合理的主动拉杆设置,可有效改善倾斜塔柱施工阶段和成桥后塔柱的应力状态;优化后的主动拉杆施工方法可大幅降低施工安全风险。In the process of climbing formwork construction for the inclined concrete tower columns of the cable-stayed bridge,due to the tilting of the tower column under its own weight and construction load,the large eccentric moment caused by the large lateral force on the base of the tower column will result in excessive tensile stress in the concrete at this location,leading to cracking,excessive displacement of the tower top,and other problems,which will affect the quality and service life of the bridge.Taking the construction control of the(98+2×180+98)m tall-tower cable-stayed bridge with a large inclination angle Y-shaped upper tower column as an example,this paper optimizes the design of the active tie rods for the outward-leaning tower column and the results show that the rational design of the active tie rods can effectively improve the stress state of the inclined tower column during construction and after completion of the bridge;the optimized active tie rod construction method can significantly reduce the construction safety risks.
