摘  要:某造船基地建设项目作为全国首例大型无磁项目,从项目建议书到可行性研究、到初步设计再到具体实施,经过了漫长的论证期。重要的磁性指标包括,相对磁导率、剩磁、充磁10nT等。要达到设计的剩磁环境,需要从“人材机料法环”全面控制,建设主体及配套设施都采用低/弱磁或零磁。相对于普通建筑项目,在管理上除了进度、质量、安全、成本等内容,最特别是增加了磁性控制/管理措施。磁性控制是本项目的重点和难点,磁性控制的好坏直接决定项目建设的成败,但无磁建设项目极少,未有成型的规范及经验来参考。需要在具体的施工实践中摸索调整、试验、纠偏。管理精细化程度达到“纳米级”。本文主要研究在磁性大环境下,如何通过技术管理方法及措施来达到建设目标,为以后此类项目提供探索性借鉴,促进低磁化和零磁化的研究,带动相关产业发展。The construction project of a certain shipbuilding base,as the first large-scale non-magnetic project in China,has gone through a long period of argumentation from project proposal to feasibility study,preliminary design to specific implementation.Important magnetic indicators include relative magnetic permeability,remanence,and magnetization of 10nT.To achieve the designed residual magnetic environment,it is necessary to comprehensively control the"human resources,machinery,materials,methods,and environment",and use low/weak magnetic or zero magnetic for the main construction and supporting facilities.Compared to ordinary construction projects,in terms of management,in addition to schedule,quality,safety,cost and other aspects,magnetic control/management measures have been added in particular.Magnetic control is the focus and difficulty of this project,and the quality of magnetic control directly determines the success or failure of project construction.However,there are very few non-magnetic construction projects,and there is no established standard or experience to refer to.It is necessary to explore,adjust,test,and correct deviations in specific construction practices.The level of refinement in management has reached the"nanometer level".This article mainly studies how to achieve construction goals through technical management methods and measures in the magnetic environment,providing exploratory reference for future projects of this kind,promoting research on low magnetization and zero magnetization,and driving the development of related industries.
