摘　　要：以《国务院关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》为指引,回顾10年来我国体育产业发展的成就与不足,展望新时期体育产业发展路径。研究发现:10年来,中国体育产业贡献持续提升､规模得以扩大､结构不断优化､市场主体逐渐壮大､平台接连涌现､基础继续夯实､政策更加完善､融合逐步深化;但体育产业的贡献与规模仍有待提高､体育产业的结构与布局仍有待优化､体育产业的发展质量与供给水平仍有待提升､体育产业的政策仍有待细化和落实､体育产业的新型数字技术应用与数字化发展仍有待推进。基于此,研究提出发展展望:聚焦“一个主题”,即推动体育产业高质量发展;突出“两个重点”,即培育和引导体育消费､扩大体育供给;推进“三项措施”,即深化“放管服”改革､加强体育市场监管､夯实产业发展基础;坚持“四个遵循”,即以深化体育产业供给侧结构性改革为主线､以体育改革创新为根本动力､以满足人民日益增长的体育需要为根本目的､以构建体育产业“双循环”新发展格局为契机;围绕“五个抓手”,即强化要素创新驱动､构建现代体育产业体系､优化产业发展布局､壮大市场主体､优化产业发展环境。Guided by Several Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of the Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption,this paper reviews the achievements and shortcomings of the development of the sports industry in the past 10 years,and looks forward to the development path of the sports industry in the new era.In the past 10 years,China's sports industry has made continuous contributions,expanded its scale,optimized its structure,expanded its market entities,emerged platforms,consolidated its foundation,improved its policies,and deepened its integration.However,there are still achievements in the contribution and scale of the sports industry that need to be further improved,the structure and layout of the sports industry need to be further optimized,the development quality and supply level of the sports industry still need to be further improved,the policies of the sports industry still need to be further refined and implemented,and the application and digital development of new digital technologies in the sports industry still need to be further promoted.Proceeding from this state,this study proposes a path outlook:focusing on“one theme”,which is to promote the high-quality development of the sports industry;highlighting the“two key points”,namely cultivating and guiding sports consumption and expanding sports supply;promoting the“three measures”,namely deepening the reform of“streamlining administration,delegating powers,and improving services”,strengthening the supervision of the sports market,and consolidating the foundation of industrial development;adhering to the“four principles”,namely,taking deepening the supply side structural reform of the sports industry as the main line,sports reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force,meeting the growing sports needs of the people as the fundamental purpose,and building a new development pattern of“dual circulation”in the sports industry as an opportunity;focusing on the“five key points”,namely strengthenin
