人工智能赋能全民健身公共服务供需适配的作用机制与实现路径

摘　　要：人工智能作为数字经济时代的新型技术能力,正在成为推动全民健身公共服务供需适配的重要动力。从应用载体､体育赛事､活动组织､指导培训等4个方面分析了人工智能赋能全民健身公共服务供需适配的作用机制,阐释人工智能技术“为何､如何､以何”赋能实现全民健身公共服务体系的供需适配。研究认为:人工智能技术通过对全民健身需求的精准识别,进而实现精准供给,有效解决公共服务领域存在的有需求无供给､有供给无需求以及需求和供给之间无法精准匹配的供需矛盾,从而实现全民健身公共服务供给和需求的精准对接;而人工智能赋能全民健身公共服务供需适配仍面临着数据与算力难题､基础设施建设不足､供给障碍､需求认知滞后､人才缺乏等困境。由此提出全民健身公共服务领域深度发展人工智能技术､加强基础设施建设､优化供给体系､提升需求认知､加快人才培养等优化路径。As a new technological capability in the era of digital economy,artificial intelligence(AI)is becoming an important driving force to promote the matching of supply and demand of public fitness services.From four aspects of the carrier,the event,the activity organization,the guidance training,this paper analyses mechanism of the artificial intelligence in empowering the national fitness public service supply and demand matching,and explains why,how and with what artificial intelligence technology can realize the supply and demand adaptation of the public service system of national fitness.The research holds that:AI technology,through the accurate identification of national fitness needs,achieves accurate supply,thus effectively solving the contradiction between supply and demand in the public service field,where there is demand but no supply,there is supply but no demand,or the demand and supply cannot be precisely matched.AI-enabled fitness for all public service supply and demand is still challenged by data and computing problems,infrastructure construction,supply barriers,demand cognitive lag,lack of talent and other difficulties.The paper puts forward some optimization paths,such as developing artificial intelligence technology deeply,strengthening infrastructure construction,optimizing supply system,improving demand cognition,speeding up personnel training.
