波氏块菌与5种松树幼苗的菌根合成及对松树幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:选用云南松(Pinusyunnanensis)、华山松(P.armandii)、马尾松(P.massionana)、辐射松(P.radiata)和黑松(P.thunbergii)幼苗,采用孢子接种法与波氏块菌(Tuber borchii)合成菌根,6个月后考察菌根定殖率、菌根形态和解剖特征,测定松树幼苗的株高、茎直径、冠幅。结果表明:波氏块菌与5种松树幼苗形成的菌根呈二叉状或珊瑚状结构,菌根表面光滑或具有丰富的针状外延菌丝,外菌套呈迷宫状,菌丝侵入皮层细胞间隙形成哈蒂式网结构;波氏块菌的定殖显著增加云南松和马尾松幼苗的株高和茎直径,对其他3种松树幼苗的生长无显著影响。研究结果可为波氏块菌在我国的引种栽培提供参考。In order to study the symbiotic characteristics of Tuber borchii with domestic and exotic pine species and the effects on host plant growth, axenically germinated seedlings of Pinus armandii,P. yunnanensis, P. massoniana, P. radiata and P. thunbergii were selected to synthesize mycorrhizae with T. borchii by inoculation of spore suspension. Six month after inoculation, the obtained mycorrhizae were analyzed for morphological and anatomical characteristics, and the host seedlings were measured for height,stem diameter and canopy. The results showed that T. borchii successfully developed ectomycorrhizae with all five tested pine species. The mycorrhizae had similar morphology, with a bifurcated or coralloid structure,smooth or spiky emanating cystidia on the surface, typical labyrinth-shape outer mantle, and Harting net structure formed by invasion of hyphae into the intercellular space of the cortex. The colonization of T. borchii significantly increased the height and stem diameter of the P. yunnanensis and P. massoniana seedlings, but had no significant effect on those of the other three pine species. The results provided a reference for the introduction and cultivation of T. borchii in China.
