摘　　要：服装企业作为典型的轻资产运营企业,通过聚焦品牌建设和渠道管理,实现了快速扩张和盈利增长。然而,轻资产模式也带来了财务风险,尤其在资金流动性、信用风险、供应链风险、市场风险等方面。文章将分析服装企业轻资产模式下的财务风险识别、评估及应对策略,探讨如何优化财务管理体系和风险控制措施,提高企业的抗风险能力。As typical light asset operation enterprises,clothing companies have achieved rapid expansion and profit growth by focusing on brand building and channel management.However,the light asset model also brings financial risks,especially in terms of liquidity,credit risk,supply chain risk,and market risk.This paper will analyze the identification,assessment,and response strategies of financial risks under the light asset model of clothing enterprises,and explore how to optimize the financial management system and risk control measures to enhance enterprises'risk resistance capability.
