摘　　要：以丁草胺、二甲戊灵和苄嘧磺隆为有效成分,优选可分散油悬浮剂剂型。试验通过乳化分散剂、增稠剂、稳定剂的筛选,结合加工工艺,得到最佳配方:47%丁草胺+12%二甲戊灵+1%苄嘧磺隆+5%TSC-300+3%TSC-930+1%有机膨润土+1%气相白炭黑+1%柠檬酸钠+1%尿素+油酸甲酯补足至100%。试验结果表明,该配方产品热储[(54±2)℃]分解率<2.0%,其余各项指标符合可分散油悬浮剂的标准要求。A oil dispersion(OD)formulation was optimized using butachlor,pendimethalin and benzsulfuron methyl as active ingredients.Through the screening of emulsifying dispersant,thickeners and stabilizer,combined with processing technology,the optimal formula was obtained as follows:47%butachlor+12%pendimethalin+1%benzylsulfuron methyl+5%TSC-300+3%TSC-930+1%organobentonite+1%fumed silica+1%sodium citrate+1%urea+methyl oleate to make up to 100%.The test results showed that the decomposition rate of the product during storage test at elevated temperature[(54±2)℃]was less than 2.0%,and all other indexes met the specification requirements of OD formulation.
