摘 要:本文探究了在农药残留检测时基质效应的影响。参照QuEChERS法前处理,高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定,考察10种果蔬样品中42种农药参数的基质效应影响。结果表明:10种果蔬样品中42种农药的基质效应范围为-98.79%~79.29%。大多数农药在不同基质中表现为强基质效应,并且以基质抑制为主。10种果蔬主要表现为强基质效应,10种果蔬全部是基质抑制比例高于基质增强。42种农药在小白菜中基质效应离散度最大,在其余9种果蔬中基质效应离散度较小。This study explores the influence of matrix effects on pesticide residue detection.Using the QuEChERS pre-treatment method and high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,the matrix effects(ME)of 42 pesticide in 10 fruit and vegetable samples were investigated.The results showed that the matrix effects of 42 pesticides in 10 fruit and vegetable samples ranged from-98.79%to 79.29%.Most pesticides exhibited strong matrix effects in different matrices,with matrix inhibition being the main mechanism.The 10 fruits and vegetables mainly exhibit strong matrix effects,with all 10 fruits and vegetables showing a higher proportion of matrix inhibition than matrix enhancement.The matrix effect dispersion of Chinese cabbage was the highest,while the dispersion of the other nine fruits and vegetables was relatively smaller.
