摘 要:V形墩能减少刚构桥主梁计算跨径从而降低梁高,但其施工过程中结构体系转换频繁,应力分布复杂。为了明确V形墩刚构桥施工中的关键部分应力分布情况,结合援缅甸新滚弄大桥结构特点和施工工艺,考虑缅北地区高温高湿的特殊气候条件,建立全桥有限元分析模型,分析了该桥各关键施工阶段主梁和V形墩的受力性能,探讨了不同合龙方案对主梁和V形墩的影响。研究表明,不同合龙方案对主梁应力的影响较小,但对主梁挠度的影响较大;在相对湿度较高条件下进行合龙,可在一定程度上减小主梁挠度,对成桥后的受力状态产生有利影响;在桥梁悬臂施工阶段,主梁一直处于受压状态,受力状态良好;高温高湿环境对V形墩的应力和变形会有较大不利影响,在施工阶段需采取相应措施,以防止V形墩上、下根部出现开裂情况。V⁃shaped pier can reduce the calculated span of the main girder of rigid frame bridge and thus reduce the girder height,but the structural system transformation is frequent and the stress distribution is complicated in construction process.In order to clarify the stress distribution of key parts in construction of rigid frame bridge with V⁃shaped pier,combined with the structural characteristics and construction technology of new Rumnong Bridge in Myanmar,and considering the special climatic conditions of high temperature and high humidity in northern Myanmar,the finite element analysis model of the whole bridge is established to analyze the mechanical performance of the main girder and V⁃shaped pier in each key construction stage of the bridge.The influence of different closing schemes on the main girder and V⁃shaped pier is discussed.The results show that different closing schemes have less effect on the stress of the main girder,but more effect on the deflection of the main girder.Closing under the condition of high relative humidity can reduce the deflection of the main girder to a certain extent,and have a favorable effect on the stress state of the bridge after completion.In the cantilever construction stage of bridge,the main girder is always under pressure,and the stress state is good.The high temperature and high humidity environment will have a great adverse effect on the stress and deformation of V⁃shaped pier,and corresponding measures should be taken in construction stage to prevent cracking at the upper and lower roots of the V⁃shaped pier.
