多高层立体环形盘道等效均布活荷载取值研究

摘  要:多高层立体环形盘道在“工业上楼”中发挥桥梁作用,但规范未提供货运盘道荷载取值,随着国内“工业上楼”项目迅速推进,货运盘道等效活荷载取值研究显得尤为迫切。基于有限元软件MIADSCivil移动荷载追踪功能定位单向板、双向板的最不利车轮布置,运用有限元软件ABAQUS和MIDASGen对比分析单向板楼盖等效均布活荷载,分析结果与结构力学方法偏差在15%以内,验证了计算模型准确性;研究了25~35m单向板楼盖、单向主次梁等效活荷载并给出了取值,除25m板跨下为次梁等效活荷载控制外,其余板跨下均由楼面等效活荷载控制;研究了25~5m双向板楼盖、十字梁及井字梁等效活荷载,在2辆城B级车辆作用下,楼板等效活荷载大于规范消防车换算荷载值。Multi⁃story and high⁃rise three⁃dimensional ring⁃shaped ramps play a crucial bridging role in the“industry’s going upstairs”trend.However,current specifications do not provide clear guidance on the load values for freight ramps.With the rapid progress of domestic“industry’s going upstairs”upscaling projects,the research on determining the equivalent live load values for freight ramps has become particularly urgent.This paper firstly utilizes the moving load tracking function of software MIADS Civil to identify the most unfavorable wheel layouts for one⁃way and two⁃way slabs.It then employs the finite element software ABAQUS and MIDAS Gen to conduct a comparative analysis of the equivalent uniformly distributed live load of one⁃way slab floor coverings.The results obtained have a deviation of less than 15%compared to structural mechanics methods,thus verifying the accuracy of the numerical simulations.The study examines the equivalent live load of one⁃way slab floor coverings and one⁃way primary and secondary beams spanning 25m to 35m and provides corresponding values.Except for 25m span,where the equivalent live load is controlled by the secondary beams,the remaining spans are dominated by the equivalent floor live load.The research analyzes the equivalent live load of two⁃way slab floor coverings,cross beams,and grid beams spanning 25m to 5m.Under the effect of two urban B⁃class vehicles,the equivalent floor live load exceeds the converted load value for fire engines specified in the standards.
