摘  要:索塔是悬索桥的重要组成部分,其施工速度极大地制约了悬索桥的通车时间。依托花江峡谷大桥索塔施工,从桩基、塔柱、横梁等分部系统性介绍悬索桥超高索塔快速施工关键技术。通过优化群桩基础开挖方式,设计适用于高墩竖向主筋模块化吊装新型装置,合理调整塔柱与横梁施工工序,提出横梁无落地现浇支架系统、预应力钢绞线反拉预压工艺及适用于横梁重型贝雷梁拆除的新型工艺,使262m索塔仅用298d完成施工,实现了成本与工效均衡、安全与质量兼顾,具有良好的经济和社会效益。The cable tower is an important component of a suspension bridge,and its construction speed greatly restricts the opening time of the suspension bridge.Based on construction of the cable tower of Huajiang Canyon Bridge,this paper systematically introduces the key technologies of rapid construction of the super⁃high cable tower of suspension bridge from the perspectives of pile foundation,tower columns,and cross beam and so on.By optimizing the excavation method of group pile foundation,a new device suitable for modular lifting of vertical main reinforcement of high piers is designed,the construction process of tower column and cross beam is reasonably adjusted,and the cast⁃in⁃place support system without landing of cross beam,the reverse tension preloading process of prestressed steel strand and the new process suitable for the demolition of heavy Bailey beam of cross beam are put forward.The 262m cable tower is completed in 298 days,which realizes the balance of cost and efficiency,the balance of safety and quality.It has good economic and social benefits.
