摘 要:随着我国公铁两用桥梁日益增多,各类先进施工设备不断研发并得到应用,移动造桥机的适用范围愈加广泛,其具有施工质量好、操作方便、不占用桥下空间、无需大型梁场等特点。框架墩现浇连续梁施工时,由于受到桥梁宽度限制,采用下行式移动模架无法正常施工,难以进行移动过跨。以探讨分体式移动造桥机在桥梁工程中的应用效果为核心,围绕公铁两用桥梁工程展开框架墩连续梁移动造桥机施工分析。With the increasing number of dual⁃use bridges in China,various advanced construction equipment is constantly being developed and applied.the application range of mobile bridge fabrication machines is becoming more and more extensive,with the characteristics of good construction quality,convenient operation without occupying space under the bridge,and no need for large beam yards.For the construction of cast⁃in⁃place continuous beams with frame piers,due to the width limitation of the bridge,the use of downward moving formwork can not be used for normal construction and it is difficult to move over the span.this paper focuses on exploring the application effect of split mobile bridge fabrication machine in bridge engineering,and the construction analysis of mobile bridge fabrication machine for frame pier continuous beam around highway and railway bridge project.
